PRINSIP-PRINSIP FIQH SIYASAH DALAM AL-QUR’AN

Fiqh siyasah is a very important discipline in understanding how the concept and ideal principles of politics, law and government are based on Islamic religious law. This research is relevant to do, because it is still common in the ears of the public about this fiqh siyasah. In fact, through this paradigm, we will get a comprehensive understanding of fiqh siyasah. Then the most basic question in this research is: What are the most basic principles in the Qur'an relating to fiqh siyasah? The conclusion of this study shows that in the Qur'an there are a number of verses that have a correlation with fiqh siyasah. And if summarized, then at least we find four principles of fiqh siyasah, namely the Principle of Justice Principle of Sovereignty Principle of Deliberation Principle of Equality.
