PENDIDIKAN DALAM TINJAUAN FILSAFAT ISLAM

Abstract

In the context of education in a country, the basic education is generally correlated with the philosophy that exists in that nation. It is intended that the philosophy of education or the basic building of the education system can be reflected in the prevailing philosophy of life in that country. So if we talk about the philosophy of education in the Indonesian context, then the foundation is definitely from Pancasila. But the case is different when viewed in the context of religion, especially Islam. Because philosophical or the most fundamental foundations in the world of Islamic education are sourced from the essence of the Qur'an and hadith. And education in the view of Islamic philosophy incubates several terminological approaches including murabbi, mu'allim, mu'addib, murshid, seykh, mudarris, and ustadz. If the root words of some of these terms are examined where they come from, then the answers come from the Al-Qur'an, hadith and the ijtima' of the scholars. And the source of all this knowledge comes from Allah SWT.
